Hi there! I'm Taghi, the founder of The Uplift Academy, a Certified Scrum Trainer®, and a passionate product and leadership agility coach with a knack for transforming product leaders into champions of empirical value delivery.

In the past 20+ years, my journey has taken me through the trenches of working with and for a multitude of product organisations, from tech startups to Fortune 100 companies, spanning roles from engineering to product leadership, board member to founder, practitioner to consultant. Along the way, I've also trained and certified over 5000 product professionals from across 80 countries.

Some of the companies I've served and supported are: Microsoft, Siemens, Bosch, Infineon Technologies, DocuWare, Siemens Mobility, T-Systems
