About Joe Justice

Joe is the creator of the Extreme Manufacturing, a TEDx Speaker, and has lectured on behalf of Google and Microsoft and served as a special lecturer at Harvard University and Oxford University, among others. He has led Agile practices at a number of leading companies such as Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Boeing, Tesla, Toyota, NEC, and KDDI.

His passion for mechanical engineering led him to found the automotive company Wikispeed in the US. He has made agility a reality in the hardware industry and exhibited at global auto shows in 2011.

Through his educational efforts, and thought leadership, Joe Justice travels the world to inspire leaders to use the transformative power of Agile methodologies in modern business. He remains a key advocate for embracing Agile as a strategy for innovation and business agility.

His work has been featured in major publications such as Forbes Magazine, Harvard Business Review, Discovery Channel, and Nikkei.

Can I try the masterclass before I purchase it?

Certainly. You can join the masterclass and access the first introductory module for FREE to get a better idea of the content, community interaction, and our eLearning platform. We are confident you will be convinced! 

To get your FREE access just click on the activity "Welcome" under module 1 in the Course Outline section on this page. Then create a free account with the academy which allows you to access the masterclass. 

Can I engage with other masterclass participants?

Absolutely. Our eLearning platform provides several possibilities for you to interact with other learners:  join a masterclass-specific community, network with peers, discuss course-related questions and more, all from within the academy platform. Feel fee to try the first intro module of the masterclass for FREE to get an idea.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes. Upon completion of the masterclass your will receive a certificate of completion issued by The Uplift Academy. Prerequisite for certification is completion of all the required learning activities in the masterclass, including a self-assessment. Your certificate will be accessible and downloadable directly from within your eLearning environment.

(Prelaunch) I only see a few modules listed. Is that all what I get?

In the spirit of empirical product development, we will be releasing new modules incrementally during the prelaunch phase, so we can adapt our approach and content based on your feedback. Once you book the masterclass you will have lifetime access to all content and we will add remaining modules on a weekly basis throughout Nov 2024. The new modules will automatically appear in your eLearning environment.

Who is eligible for the academy's scholarships?

At The Uplift Academy we provide some limited scholarships to certain individuals. Our scholarships cover part of the fees due for your intended masterclass or subscription. We may grant such scholarships to individuals from certain geographic regions or women in tech. To check your eligibility, apply here.

Can I access the masterclass content offline? 

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all audio/video content can only be streamed to your device and is thereby not available offline. Having said that, the masterclass does provide some downloadable material, like module summaries. 

Do I receive an invoice for my booking?

Certainly, you will receive an invoice as soon as you have completed your booking. Make sure you provide your billing information when you enrol.

Can I pay by invoice or through a purchase order?
